Please read before sending this form:
- Claudine has permission to use my photo(s) to create an artwork
- Claudine may show my finished commission artwork on her blog and web site. (Your names will not appear next to your artwork for privacy reasons. If you do not want your final commission to appear on her web site or blog, please let Claudine know and she will make a note in your file)
- I understand that there is a draft review on commissioned canvas artworks only. Sketches do not have a review and there are no revisions.
- I understand that the canvas commissions are fully customizable. If I choose a sketch commission, I will need to choose between a "hill" or a "boat" format.
- I understand that my order will not be placed in Claudine's schedule until my photos and desposit payment are in. At that time, Claudine will email me and let me know when to expect my commission.
- Claudine will email me a digital photo of the completed artwork. I understand that color varies by computer monitor, so the colors appearing on my monitor may vary slightly from the actual artwork.
